As Tokyo’s real estate prices skyrocket, Takumi Tsujimoto joins forces with Harrison Yamanaka, the leader of a group of real estate fraudsters. Together with a small team, Takumi starts working as a negotiator. The new target is huge: a whopping 10 billion yen scam. As the gang cleverly targets desperate developers and landowners, the police begin to hunt them down.
