We blow (a little) at the gas stations. For the first time since April, the average price of a gallon of gasoline in the United States has fallen below the symbolic $4 mark, according to the GasBuddy comparison site. The reason: the signing of a preliminary peace agreement between the United States and Iran which notably provides for the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz through which 20% of the world’s fuel passes.
