In The East Palace a king orders a ghost hunter and a lady-in-waiting who can hear the dead to unmask a sinister presence plaguing the royal residence. The two soon discover a number of dark secrets and must battle a supernatural evil.
Netflix experience
This Korean horror series is directed by Choi Jung-kyu, which stars Nam Joo-hyuk (Start-Up (2020), Twenty Five Twenty One (2022)), Roh Yoon-seo (20th Century Girl (2022)) in Cho Seung-woo (Stranger (2017–2020)). These are all actors who have already made their mark in Korean productions, including for the streaming service.
