After six years of proceedings, it is this Thursday, June 25 that we will know the fate reserved for TotalEnergies by the Paris judicial court. In the hands of the judges, the unprecedented possibility of imposing on the firm the cessation of its new projects linked to hydrocarbons, as well as the drop in its oil and gas production by 2030. These are in any case the demands of the collective Our Business to All, at the origin of the proceedings launched in January 2020, alongside France Nature Environnement, Sherpa and the Paris town hall.
