Alice and Steve have been inseparable friends for decades. Although they have just passed the milestone of fifty, this artistic director in advertising and this hairdresser to the stars continue to party together as if they were twenty years old. “You deserve to be loved and anyone would be lucky to have you,” Alice tells Steve one evening when he confides in her his sadness at being single and childless.
