Among the large selection on Netflix, there is every now and then a title that you may easily overlook, but makes an even greater impression once you start watching. The French miniseries Black butterflies (2022), of Black Butterflies in English, is such a hidden gem. Viewers who discovered the series react enthusiastically and call it an absolute must: “Not normally beautiful!”
