Pope Leo The Vatican announced it on Thursday, May 28, specifying that it was a response to the invitation, launched during an audience last January, “from the captains-regent (the representatives of the State, Editor’s note) then in office, HE Matteo Rossi and HE Lorenzo Bugli”. The pope had already announced, in February, that he would go in the afternoon of the same day to the meeting in Rimini, a festival organized by a secular Catholic movement, about twenty kilometers away.
