La Croix: This Monday, you presented to the Minister of Justice Gérald Darmanin and the Minister of Health Stéphanie Rist an assessment of the implementation of your 82 recommendations. Two and a half years later, you see progress in the identification and prevention of sexual violence against children, but much less in its legal treatment. How do you explain this?
With 23 recommendations out of 82 applied today, or less than one in three, this implementation is slow and insufficient, even if certain recommendations are effective today. Others, such as the question of the imprescriptibility of rape and sexual assault committed against children, require legislative modification, which takes more time.
