Fans of Enola Holmes won’t have to wait much longer for new images of Enola Holmes 3 (2026). Millie Bobby Brown and Louis Partridge playfully announced that the first trailer for the mystery will be released next week. The video of their announcement can now be seen.
Mystery solved
Brown and Partridge announced the trailer completely in the style of the detective franchise. In a short video, the two solve a puzzle taken straight from a Enola Holmesadventure seems to be coming. Brown in particular radiates visible enthusiasm as she thinks fanatically and tries to decipher clues. Ultimately, the two discover that the first trailer for the highly anticipated Netflix film will be released on May 27.
Malta
In the third part, Enola leaves familiar Victorian England for the first time. Her new business takes her to sunny Malta, which, according to Netflix, should give the franchise a completely new look. At the same time, it also seems to be her most dangerous investigation yet. Brown will of course return as Enola, the younger sister of Sherlock Holmes, who has now established her own name as a detective. The actress is also a producer of the franchise, which is based on the book series by Nancy Springer.

Lord Tewkesbury, played by Partridge, also makes another appearance. The first images also hint at a big next step in their relationship. For example, Enola can be seen wearing a diamond ring and Tewkesbury even appears to get down on one knee in one of the photos. After three films full of slowly built-up romantic tension, it seems Enola Holmes 3 to finally make their relationship a lot more serious.
