The road to the Super Bowl is a long one, especially for the striking football player Chad Powers. Viewers were introduced to the disguised stunner when he appeared as Russ Holiday in the first season, and this week the release date and first images of the sequel have been revealed.
Well disguised
Talent is not the problem with the striking Powers, his past is even more so. Years ago, an incident that got out of hand forced the quarterback to say goodbye to his career at the top. Now he appears with a different appearance at a struggling football team in the south of the country, and that of course caused quite a few strange scenes in season 1.
Second chance
In the second season, Powers is still a star on the field, but his strange behavior off the field raises questions. Coach Hudson (Steve Zahn) and Gerry (Colton Ryan) in particular don’t know what to do with their quarterback. Of course we see Hit Man actor Glen Powell back in the leading role. According to the star of the series, the new episodes are “still very funny”, but the season looks like a thriller, in which Powers is determined to seize his second chance.
