Netflix has released the official trailer for Big Chicken: A Fast Food Conspiracy (2027), a new documentary in which comedian Mo Gilligan investigates the global popularity of fried chicken and the industry behind it. The documentary is produced by the same producers as Louis Theroux: Inside The Manosphere (2026).
In search of the world behind chicken
In Big Chicken: A Fast Food Conspiracy Gilligan investigates the obsession with fried chicken. For the documentary he undergoes a special experiment in which he only eats fried chicken for 28 days. In the meantime, he visits the companies and investigates the trends that have shaped the fast food industry.
