The United States launched a new round of strikes in Iran on Tuesday for the “eleventh consecutive night,” the American military announced.

These strikes, which began at 11 p.m. GMT, “aim to continue to weaken Iran’s ability to threaten commercial maritime traffic in the Strait of Hormuz,” the US Middle East Command (Centcom) wrote on X.
The US military later announced in a statement the end of this wave of strikes at 0015 GMT.
Centcom “targeted Iranian military operations centers, maritime capabilities, aircraft hangars, drone storage facilities as well as military logistics infrastructure.”
