
After diphtheria, poliomyelitis and hepatitis B, influenza could in turn join the list of compulsory vaccines for caregivers. In a highly anticipated opinion published on July 20, 2026, the High Authority for Health (HAS) recommends establishing an annual obligation for vaccination against influenza. Subsequently, the government announced that it would study “the conditions for deployment” of this measure in order to implement this recommendation.
