Drone and artillery attacks left four dead in Russia, including in the Moscow region, and six dead in Ukraine, including three on a cargo ship, the authorities of the two countries at war announced on Monday.

Strikes on both sides of the front have been gaining momentum for months and are causing a growing number of victims, more than four years after the start of the large-scale Russian offensive against Ukraine.
In Russia, three people were killed and three injured by a drone in the town of Pionersky, Moscow region governor Andrei Vorobiov wrote on Telegram.
He said two other people were injured in Solnechnogorsk where “a drone hit a residential building”.
In the Belgorod region, bordering Ukraine, a woman was killed when a drone dropped an explosive device in the town of Beriozovka and two men were injured in Krinitchnoye in the explosion of another device, local authorities said.
In Ukraine, three sailors were killed and five injured in an attack which hit a cargo ship flying the flag of Togo and which was “unloading mineral fertilizers”, announced Deputy Prime Minister Oleksiï Kouleba, without specifying where the incident took place.
Russia and Ukraine have been increasing attacks on civilian ships in the Black Sea and the Mediterranean for months.
In Zaporizhia, southern Ukraine, two people were killed and 11 injured in a drone attack that destroyed a building, according to regional governor Ivan Fedorov.
In addition, a man was killed in Novovorontsovka, in the Kherson region (south) in an artillery bombardment, said the head of the regional military administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
On Sunday, nine people had already been killed in attacks in Moscow and Kyiv and on Saturday, eight people were killed in Ukraine in Russian missile, drone and glide bomb strikes.
Diplomatic efforts to find a solution to the conflict launched in 2022 have stalled since the start of the war in the Middle East in February.
