
In 2019, in the midst of the yellow vest movement, around 16,500 town halls opened grievance books, intended to collect the demands and ideas of the French to pass them on to the government. A space of expression which the population is taking over en masse. The result: two million online contributions, and 200,000 texts written by hand in 20,000 grievance books.
