
The Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sergei Lavrov, is back on the African continent, culminating in Niamey, where he went on Wednesday July 8 to participate in the second session of consultations between Russia and the heads of diplomacy of Mali, Burkina and Niger, united in the Alliance of Sahel States (AES), a year after the first summit.
