Voting began 24 hours in advance in mobile offices, meeting nomadic populations. On the occasion of the renewal of the National People’s Assembly (APN), the lower house of the Algerian parliament, the government granted a “special authorization of absence”, paid. Objective, to increase participation, at half mast during previous legislative elections, in 2021, with only 23% of voters.
