Rennes, a sunny Tuesday in May. Behind a schist and granite facade with green shutters, nothing distinguishes this building from neighboring buildings in the city center. Thirteen people share their daily lives there in a configuration that France still knows very little about: shared accommodation mixing young professionals and people with mental disabilities, in the same spaces, with no link of responsibility between each other.
