What is season 2 about?
The second season of ratings hit Ransom Canyoncreated and written by April Blair, picks up six months after the events of the first season. Cattle rancher Staten Kirkland (Josh Duhamel) fights to reclaim his legacy after being ousted as manager of his family’s Double K Ranch.

Familiar faces and new cast members
The two main roles of Quinn and Staten are reprized by Kelly and Duhamel. In addition, the cast is once again completed by Lizzy Greene, Garrett Wareing, Casey W. Johnson, Jack Schumacher and Brett Cullen. New in Ransom Canyon are Patricia Clarkson, Ben Robson and Heidi Grace Engerman.
