How are you ?
It’s going very well. I have lots of projects at the moment, I like having lots of things to do. My job as a health content creator is quite solitary: it involves shooting recipe videos. But also episodes of my life, because people also follow me for the energy that I transmit. I make money from brand partnerships and have a podcast. This work takes up a lot of my time. I was diagnosed with celiac when I was 18 years old. It is an autoimmune and hereditary disease, which affects 1% of French people. Eating gluten damages my intestinal walls. Symptoms appear between 12 hours and 24 hours later: digestive discomfort, severe fatigue, depression, etc. In the long term, this disorder can cause deficiencies, cancers and ulcers.
