From farm to fork, the outlook announced in 2024 is confirmed for French organic. This is what the figures released Tuesday June 16 by Agence Bio, the organization responsible for promoting and structuring organic agriculture in France and which brings together the public and private protagonists in the sector, reveal. Their report shows demand still growing, despite a declining number of producers (-788) for the first time.
