Fans of The Rookie (2018– ) can finally continue with new episodes on Netflix today. the seventh season – which was also released in the Netherlands on Videoland – can now be seen on the streaming service.

Experienced John
In season 7, the Los Angeles police force once again faces major challenges. John Nolan, now an experienced officer, tries to find his place as a mentor to new recruits while simultaneously facing the complexities of police work and the moral dilemmas that come with it.
The season places more emphasis on the new crop of rookies, who each struggle with the pressure of the profession in their own way. Nolan and his colleagues must guide them through increasingly dangerous and unpredictable situations, from violent crime to personal crises. At the same time, familiar characters also face changes in their private lives, which affects their work.
New faces
Deric Augustine, who we can know from All American (2018– ) seasons 4 and 5, takes on the role of Miles in season 7: one of the newest rookies at the LAPD. As a transplanted Texan, Miles is a “rookie” despite being a two-year veteran of the police force.
Patrick Keleher, making his TV debut as a theater actor, has been cast as Seth, another newbie who seems like the ideal police officer. But the job requires quick, decisive action, something that doesn’t come naturally to Seth.
8.0 Watch on Netflix • John Nolan has just turned forty. He is at a turning point in his life: he has just divorced his wife and his son is going to college.
