
Armand Bouillé, 12 years old, in 5th grade in Angers, is part of the first children’s council launched by the National Consultative Council for People with Disabilities (CNCPH). Made up of 12 young people aged 8 to 12 from all over France, this new body will submit its proposals on inclusive schools to the government at the start of summer 2026.
