Fortunately, the second season is already underway, but for whom Dept. Q (2025– ) yet, the detective is highly recommended. At least, if other Netflix viewers are to be believed! The British series now has many fans.

Carl Morck is a brilliant but annoying detective whose sarcasm has won him few friends in the Edinburgh police. After a traumatic shooting, he is put away at Department Q: a new department for cold cases, set up purely as a publicity stunt. Against all odds, Carl gathers a team of misfits around him. When the trail to a top official who has been missing for years suddenly becomes hot, he immediately gets stuck into the case.
