
There had already been plenty of behind-the-scenes books about Donald Trump’s first presidency. The second now has its own. Released at the end of June, Regime Change, like its predecessors, was a real success in bookstores. According to its publisher, Simon & Schuster, the book sold more than 300,000 copies during its first week on sale. This is the best launch of 2026 for a hardcover non-fiction book.
