As early as 2023 Survival of the Thickest (2023– ), starring comedian Michelle Buteau, a popular series on Netflix. Amy Aniobi’s comedy, which was also well viewed in the Netherlands, officially comes to an end with the third season. The episodes can now be seen on Netflix.
How did season 2 of Survival of the Thickest?
At the end of season 2, Mavis takes her biggest risk yet. After fiercely criticizing a designer who is not nearly as size-inclusive as he claims, she goes even further during a podcast interview. This bold statement leads to a very public feud with the designer, leaving her entire career suddenly hanging by a thread.
The last season
In the very last season, we see Mavis reunited with her on-again, off-again relationship Luca (Marouane Zotti), and listen to the uncomfortable advice that Mavis’ new doctor, Dr. Terri, has for her now that she has finally left her twenties behind her.

In the leading role of Survival of the Thickest we still see Michelle Buteau. The cast of the series, created by Amy Aniobi, is joined by Tone Bell, Marouane Zotti, Liza Treyger, Peppermint, Alecsys Proctor-Turner and RonReaco Lee, among others.
