In other words, the liturgy is the expression of faith. It is in this spirit that, in a small book republished by Téqui, Canon Lallement, a theologian who taught for a long time at the Catholic Institute of Paris, offers five meditations on the current liturgy. Written shortly after the promulgation of the Missal in 1969, which implements the conciliar principles, they show that this liturgy constitutes a spiritual enrichment for the faithful and a deepening of the mysteries of the faith.
