
Should local authorities be required to publish the amount and method of calculating the packages paid to private establishments under contract, in order to ensure that the principle of parity with public education, provided for by the Debré law, is respected? This demand for transparency, the workhorse of the National Federation of Catholic Education Management Organizations (Fnogec), found a relay in a bill proposed by the UDR deputy (Union of Rights for the Republic) Maxime Michelet. Voted in the law committee on June 16, the text must be discussed in the National Assembly this Thursday, June 25.
