
On the evening of Sunday June 21, a vast explosion set the sky ablaze in the Ras Laffan industrial zone, in Qatar. It was in the world’s first liquefied natural gas (LNG) production site that the explosion took place, more precisely in the local supply facility in Barzan, QatarEnergy said. Results at this time: 13 dead and 66 injured.
