
Legislative elections are due to take place next September in Russia. They are planned for three days, September 18, 19 and 20. And already, this meeting is the subject of all the attention of the Kremlin. Although there is little doubt that the pro-government United Russia party will remain the dominant force in the next Duma. But what will the level of participation be? What will be the score of the communists, the only ones to represent an authorized form of opposition? Should we let a certain number of “patriotic” candidates, all veterans of Ukraine, present themselves to enter parliament en masse?
