Five months after the referral, on January 15, to Reporters Without Borders (RSF), the Regulatory Authority for Audiovisual and Digital Communication (Arcom) announced on June 15 that CNews, owned by billionaire Vincent Bolloré, had been ordered to respect its obligation of pluralism after the observation of a “manifest and lasting imbalance in the expression of currents of thought and opinion” on the channel, during the month of March 2025.
