A striking celebrity wedding this weekend in London. British actor Callum Turner married pop star Dua Lipa in a private ceremony there. The two have been together since early 2024 and revealed they were engaged last year.
Outfits
The setting for the Sunday wedding was Old Marylebone Town Hall, an iconic London town hall that has also been chosen in the past by two of the Beatles, Oasis singer Liam Gallagher and actor Antonio Banderas. Photos from the occasion show Turner dressed in a dark blue suit, while Dua Lipa wore a lighter Schiaparelli jacket, matching skirt and white hat. Family and friends threw confetti at the couple as they descended the City Hall steps.
Different stages
Turner and Dua Lipa got engaged in 2025 and were regularly seen together in public before then. The actor appeared in the Apple war drama, among others Masters of the Air (2024) and in the imaginative romkom Eternity (2025). This summer he can be seen in the cinema One Night Only (2026). Dua Lipa is one of the biggest pop stars of recent years. In 2024 she headlined Glastonbury. The singer’s big hits are ‘Be The One’, ‘Levitating’ and ‘Don’t Start Now’.

Rumor mill
What is striking about Turner is that he is one of the actors who is part of the rumor mill surrounding the succession of 007 interpreter Daniel Craig. Early this year, Turner responded lightly to questions about the coveted role. Until now, the Brit is probably best known to the general public for playing Theseus in Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald (2018) in Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore (2022).
