Fifty years after the events Blade Runner 2049 (2017) we follow Cora and Olwen in the long-awaited series Blade Runner 2099 (2026). Michelle Yeoh and Hunter Schafer appear in the first teaser trailer for the new sci-fi on Prime Video. In addition, we finally know when we will Blade Runner 2099 can expect on streaming!

Last week we were treated to the very first stills of Blade Runner 2099the latest addition to the beloved Blade Runner franchise. The very first teaser was also shared during San Diego Comic Con! With the new images we get our first look at Ridley Scott’s new sci-fi.

In addition to main characters Michelle Yeoh and Hunter Schafer, Dimitri Abold (The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes (2023)) and Lewis Gribben have a regular role in the series. We also see Katelyn Rose Downey, Daniel Rigby and Johnny Harris in recurring roles. Blade Runner 2099 is the work of showrunner Silka Luisa, who created the sci-fi with Scott.
