Jennifer Aniston and Peter Dinklage will star in Naughty (2027), the new Christmas comedy from Olivia Wilde. The project was already announced under the name in 2023 Bridesmaids at the North Pole.
A Santa Claus in court
The story revolves around Mallory, who tries to win custody of her son from her manipulative ex. Her only salvation is to track down Santa Claus and convince him to testify at her divorce hearing.
Cast en crew
Besides Aniston, as Mallory, and Dinklage, as Santa Claus, no other cast members have been announced yet. Wilde directs the project after its success The Invite (2026). Her film starring Penélope Cruz, Edward Norton, Seth Rogen and Wilde himself is currently enjoying rave reviews and is still in theaters. The script of Naughty was written by Jimmy Warden (Cocaine Bear (2023)).
The only way Mallory can regain custody of her son from her horrible ex-boyfriend is to find Santa Claus and convince him to help her in court.
Release date and competition
Naughty is a project of Universal and is scheduled for a theatrical release on 5 november 2027. Another Christmas film is also planned that day. Warner Bros. brings the animated comedy on that date Margie Claus out.
