Yemen’s Houthis, allies of Iran, announced on Sunday that they had shot down a Saudi reconnaissance drone which they said was flying over their territory, the day after attacks on oil installations in the kingdom.
The drone was shot down while carrying out “hostile operations” in northwest Yemen, the rebel movement’s military spokesperson, Yahya Saree, told X.
