Red Bull rider Bora won in a three-way sprint ahead of Tadej Pogacar and Isaac Del Toro. The yellow jersey, completely in control, did everything to make his Mexican teammate win but he lacked strength in the last meters, where he even conceded six seconds.
Paul Seixas, who lost his white jersey to Del Toro, and Florian Lipowitz, finished fourth and fifth with a delay of 58 seconds, about a minute ahead of Lenny Martinez and Juan Ayuso.
This is the third stage victory for Evenepoel in the Tour de France, the first online, after his two time trial successes in 2024 and 2025.
The double Olympic champion, who was the only one with Del Toro to keep pace with Pogacar in the terrible climb of Solaison, climbs to second place in the general classification, exactly five minutes behind the yellow jersey, ahead of Del Toro and Seixas. He took advantage of the abandonment of Jonas Vingegaard, Pogacar’s runner-up at the start of the stage, who fell heavily in a roundabout about twenty kilometers from the finish.

Tuesday’s stage
After a day of rest on Monday, the riders will resume their Tour on Tuesday, for a sixteenth stage starting from Évian-les-Bains and continuing to Thonon-les-Bains. “The profile is nothing like a walk on the shores of Lake Geneva. One third uphill, one third downhill, one third flat: an explosive cocktail that only complete riders can digest,” analyzes Tour director Christian Prudhomme.
