The time has finally come! The Odyssey, Christopher Nolan’s latest work, is now in theaters. The film adaptation of Homer’s Greek epic debuts with a high score on Rotten Tomatoes and critics are extremely enthusiastic.

The Odyssey can finally be seen in cinemas from today. Chritsopher Nolan’s epic is already a hit, as the latest film arrived with an almost perfect score on Rotten Tomatoes. The Odyssey debuted with 98%, making it the highest-rated film of Nolan’s career. The score now includes a few more reviews and is The Odyssey dropped slightly to 96%.

After the fall of Troy, Odysseus, king of Ithaca, begins a long and dangerous journey back home. During this journey he and his crew are confronted with various creatures such as the sirens, the cyclops Polyphemos and Circe, the daughter of the sun god.

Dangerous journey full of enemies
After the fall of Troy, Odysseus begins a dangerous journey back to Ithaca. As he and his crew battle monsters such as the Cyclops Polyphemos, the Sirens and the sorceress Circe, his kingdom is on the verge of collapse. At home, his wife Penelope tries to fend off a horde of pushy suitors, while their son Telemachus begins a desperate search for his father.
