
Four days after the start of the fire, a thick cloud of white smoke still covered the Fontainebleau massif on Tuesday July 14. On site, firefighters continue their fight to control the flames, which have already ravaged 2,050 hectares of the forest considered to be the green lung of Île-de-France. In Lozère, Brittany and other French regions, several fires have also broken out in recent days, favored by the heatwave.
