Since this week, subscribers can finally get started with the reboot Little House on the Prairie (2026– ). But viewers do not exactly agree with each other about the quality of the brand new series. remains the original, Little House on the Prairie (1974–1983), not simply the best film adaptation of Laura Ingalls Wilder’s book series?

In the first season of Little House on the Prairie we follow the Ingalls family as they try to build a new, permanent home just outside Independence, a small but fast-growing pioneer town.
