The cast of the as yet untitled prequel op Ocean’s Eleven (2001) continues to grow. Vicky Krieps (Phantom Thread (2017)) a George MacKay (1917 (2019)) are some of the latest names to join the highly anticipated comedy heist film to be directed by Bradley Cooper.
Well-known names from film and television
Vicky Krieps made her international breakthrough with Phantom Thread (2017), in which she starred opposite Daniel Day-Lewis. She later received much praise for her leading role in Corsage (2022). George MacKay achieved worldwide fame with 1917 (2019) and won a British Independent Film Award for his role in Femme (2023). In addition to Krieps and MacKay, Lauren Ridloff and Omar Sy are part of the cast. Lauren Ridloff is best known for The Walking Dead (2010–2022) in Eternals (2021), while Omar Sy broke through with Untouchables (2011) and the popular Netflix series Lupin (2021– ).
An impressive cast
The new actors join an ensemble that already includes Bradley Cooper (The Hangover (2009)), Margot Robbie (Wuthering Heights (2026)), Wagner Moura (Narcos (2015–2017)), Monica Barbaro (A Complete Unknown (2024)) a Josh Gad (Beauty and the Beast (2017)). Cooper not only directs, but also co-wrote the screenplay and produces the film. Robbie is also a producer through her production company LuckyChap.

Where the original Ocean’sfilms revolve around Danny Ocean and his gang of master thieves, played by George Clooney, this prequel opts for a completely new story. The film is set during the 1963 Monaco Grand Prix. Margot Robbie and Bradley Cooper will play Danny Ocean’s parents, while Wagner Moura takes on the role of the villain.
