The cast of the beloved Netflix series Wednesday (2022– ) will be further expanded. That states What’s on Netflix. The outlet knows that rising British actor Oliver Cunliffe will have a recurring role in the expected third season.
Scary moment
The recording of the new episodes has been going on for a while, and so we already know a number of names who would anyway join the cast of the hit series for the sequel. The most catchy name, Eva Green, was recently taken to hospital after an accident on set. Fortunately, the actress did not break anything and she is doing well under the circumstances. Winona Ryder (a good acquaintance of Tim Burton, just like Green), Game of Thrones actress Lena Headey, Chris Sarandon, Noah Taylor and Oscar Morgan are also new.
Lips stiff
With the revelation of What’s on Netflix The fact that Cunliffe will also join the cast gives the third season another boost. There is one but: Netflix itself has so far refused to confirm the news. Details about the actor’s character are also not yet known.
On the rise
Cunliffe is best known for the science fiction series Silverpoint (2022–2023), in which he plays a leading role. He was also in Patterns (2023) and in East Endersa BBC production.
