Prime Video has announced a second season of Nordin (2025– ), the Prime Original comedy series starring Khalid Altera. The recordings will start this summer under the direction of Amira Duynhouwer.
Biggest challenge yet
In the second season, Nordin Kynani, as headmaster of De Ekster primary school, faces his biggest challenge yet. He has to teach, manage staff, manage the school budget and keep a student council in check. Despite the anything but excellent conditions, Nordin must ensure that De Ekster can remain open and obtain the Excellent School certificate. Meanwhile, his best friends Souf and Amine are distracted from their café/barbershop by two new loves.

Returning cast
In addition to Khalid Altera, Georgina Verbaan, Achmed Akkabi, Souad El Aidi Kheenen, Ferdi Stofmeel, Hamza Benmira, Khalid Akouzdame, Glen Faria and Denise Aznam also return. New cast members will be announced at a later date. Season two will be directed by Amira Duynhouwer.
Release date
Nordin season 2 will air on Prime Video in 2027.
