
At the zenith, the sun’s rays gradually change the color of the wheat field from green to gold. Nothing could be more normal for a month of June on a farm in the north of France. What is less obvious is the activity that reigns between the ears of these cereals. Variegated with yellow and black, a patrol of hoverflies is swarming in numbers.
