Low ratings
Supergirl unfortunately debuts with a not very good score. On Rotten Tomatoes, the superhero film starring Alcock scores a low 58% on the Tomatometer, which means that few critics are really enthusiastic about it. Supergirl. FilmVandaag critic Jim Groot was also not convinced. “Supergirl has become a fairly mediocre film,” he writes in the review. “There is plenty to appreciate, but for every strong point there is almost immediately a weakness.”
