Adopted Tuesday June 23 by the deputies, the defenders of the constitutional bill “for an autonomous Corsica within the Republic” won a first round. It is still necessary for the Senate to adopt it in the same terms, then 3/5ths of the parliamentarians meeting in Congress at Versailles.
