Prime Video will announce this week when we The Love Hypothesis can expect among the offerings. Hazelwood’s story, directed by Claire Scanlon and written by Sarah Rothchild, makes its debut 23 september on the streaming service! As a down-to-earth scientist, 26-year-old student Olive Smith believes in facts, not love. She devotes all her time to her research into pancreatic cancer, the disease to which she lost her mother. Her best friend Anh does believe in true romance and also wants Olive to have a relationship. To reassure Anh, Olive makes up a white lie: she has a boyfriend. But when she has to prove her claim, she, in sheer panic, kisses the first man she comes across. And unfortunately that’s Adam Carlsen – a brilliant but feared professor known as the university’s biggest tyrant.
