Netflix plans to expand another of its popular movie titles into a series. The streaming service is developing Hit Mana series inspired by the feature film Hit Man (2023), which was co-written, produced and directed by actor Glen Powell (Anyone But You (2023)) and director Richard Linklater (Before Sunrise (1995)).
Professor as police informant
Details about the series are still being kept under wraps, but it will likely follow roughly the premise of the film: a college professor who uses elaborate disguises and creates various police informant personas to pose as a fake assassin and unmask suspects who want someone killed.
