Videoland has released the trailer of the new documentary Suzan & Freek: We Celebrate Life (2026). The documentary provides an intimate behind-the-scenes look at the popular music duo during one of the most emotional periods of their lives.
Personal moments and big concerts
In the documentary, Suzan Stortelder and Freek Rikkerink are followed for a month during the preparations for their sold-out concert series in the GelreDome. In addition to rehearsals, the documentary also shows personal moments of the duo, including their lives as young parents of son Sef.
Last year it was announced that Freek was terminally ill. Despite this difficult period, Suzan & Freek continue to perform and focus on “celebrating life” and enjoying the moments that matter together.
Ten sold out shows
The duo has been among the most popular artists in the Netherlands for years with hits such as When It Is Evening, Gold in The Other Side. With a series of ten sold-out shows in the GelreDome, Suzan & Freek reached another peak in their career.

Suzan & Freek: We Celebrate Life is from June 13 can be seen on Videoland. In addition, appears on June 6 also a full concert in the GelreDome on the streaming service.
