After we were introduced to Spider-Noir in Oscar winner Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018), the character can now be admired in live-action in the brand new series Spider-Black (2026– ). All episodes of the crime story with Nicolas Cage are now on Prime Video.

Best years left behind
We follow a troubled, older version of Ben Reilly who operates in a gloomy, alternative New York that is strongly reminiscent of the 1930s. This version of the city is dominated by corruption, organized crime and political intrigue. Ben is a former hero who has left his best years behind him and lives with the consequences of choices he made while still Spider-Man. When new threats emerge, he is forced to don the mask again, even though he knows how heavy the burden is.
Choose black and white or color
In addition to Cage, the other roles for New Girl actor Lamorne Morris, Mr. Mercedes star Brendan Gleeson, Andrew Lewis Caldwell and Sinners actress Li Jun Li. The unique thing about the upcoming series is that you can see it in both black and white and color. There will be two variants on Prime Video, with the black and white version being the original.
