Important witness disappears
In the second season, Pippa “Pip” Fitz-Amobi returns to the seemingly quiet town of Little Kilton, where she tries to distance herself from her role as an amateur detective. After the shocking revelations from season 1, she wants to focus on her own life, but that proves impossible when a new case crosses her path.
When Jamie Reynolds – a key witness from a previous case – suddenly disappears, Pip is once again drawn into a web of secrets and lies. Together with Ravi Singh, she starts a new investigation, digging deeper into a case that turns out to be more dangerous and personal than expected.
